Iniciación a la Montaña
(5,5 km - 40 minutos)
This circular route, suitable for everyone, starts in Torreblanca and covers an area which is surrounded by terraced orange and artichoke crops on hillsides. The first part of the route is the same as in that of Ruta Montes Costeros.
This route does not offer any technical or physical difficulty and approximately, two thirds of it are asphalted.
Torreblanca (00 minutes)
We start the route in Jacinto Benavente Street. We cross two subways under N-340 and AP-7 and we turn left into an asphalted track. We cross the CV-145 road and we go along a track which runs parallel to the highway fence.
Separation of the routes (12 minutes)
We turn right leaving the Ruta Montes Costeros, which continues straight on. We take a dirt track which goes past San Isidro Well on the right.
Fighting bull farm (18 minutes)
We skirt around a fighting bull farm and we keep on going upwards.
Camí dels Pasqualets (23 minutes)
We reach the highest point in the route (113 m). Beautiful panoramic views. We take the camí dels Pasqualets which goes down.
Livestock farm (27 minutes)
We turn 90º on the right next to a livestock farm. Few meters ahead, we reach the camí del Cuartico which concludes the circular route. We return following the same route.
Torreblanca (40 minutes)
End of the route.
Basic rules and practical advice
Respect traffic regulations. Always use the helmet.
Check you bicycle before leaving.
Rubbish. Do not leave any waste. Leave them in litter bins or skips.
Plants and animals. Avoid disturbing wild animals, as well as picking up flowers or plants.
Dogs. Dog must be kept on leash.
Noise. Avoid any unnecessary noise.
Signals. Respect signals, information panels and other elements.
